Return Policy

We strive to complete every order to your satisfaction

Payments made online via credit card can be refunded if there is any defect in the product or problem with the order. Payments will be refunded as soon as we receive the equipment back at our office.

We strive to keep our clients satisfied and will do whatever it takes to remedy any complaints. However, once an order of fabric is cut to the desired length for a client it can no longer be returned for a full refund.

We will try to work out a suitable compromise with the client regarding any mistakes in the order, but aside from defective fabric, or incorrect length- we cannot simply return and refund fabric orders.
